Desperate for your new piece of jewellery to wear for a special occasion at the weekend? Make sure you order on Thursday morning latest! We can do next day delivery if you order before 10am. This is only valid Monday to Friday. Postage & Packing for Next Day Delivery costs £6.95.
Our normal deliveries will take between 2 to 4 days to arrive. Plan ahead and make a saving! Postage & Packing for Standard Delivery costs only £2.95 no matter how many items you purchase.
As soon as your payment is cleared, we quickly dispatch your order via Royal Mail Standard delivery which will typically take 2 or 3 days to arrive but please be patient as due to some circumstances it may take 10 working days. We are open on UK business working days from 8 am to 7 pm.
Want to send a gift or receive your items at work? In our website you can choose the delivery address for your order. So what are you waiting for? Help yourself a treat, you are worth it.
The next day delivery is only valid for UK mainland orders (excluding Southern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight).

Packaging
All the jewellery purchases will be coming with a free elegant velvet pouch, suitable for gift or travel. Also, they are packaged inside bubble wraps to protect them during the shipping.
Return Policy & Instructions
If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them* to us unused within seven days. We will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.
If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, please contact us for a return authorisation code and instructions. Please note that you need an authorisation code before returning an item.
Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.
It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service. However, we strongly recommend you obtain a free Royal Mail certificate of postage (P326 PAD) from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
